Gas Heating Stoves

Looking for some gas heating stoves?  Gas heating stoves provide a bit of elegance to an otherwise drab and dull living or dining room.  Apart from their aesthetic appeal though, they also serve as a heating unit which can provide additional warmth during the warm winter months or even provide ambience for romantic endeavors.

Whatever it is you’re using it for, gas heating stoves come in plenty of different styles and brands and it’s important to find one that is right for you.  If you’re not sure which one to go with, be sure to check out these reviews that should help set things straight:

1.  Bainbridge II Dual Fuel Freestanding Stove Model GSD3033

This 25,000 BTU black gas stove takes in natural and LP gas,  has a thermostatic heat control, hand painted logs on it, a built in safety sensor and heats a room that is about 1,200 square feet.

This particular stove has been rated by 5 customers on Amazon and given a rating of 4.5/5 stars so it is definitely a winner, especially considering its only $347.29.

If you ever wind up with a power outage, this is a great device to have.  Also, a great feature about this is that the stove puts moisture in the air via the burning gas, so if you have had need of a humidifier, you won’t with this stove.

2.  Desa #GWP30TB 30000BTU LP Gas Heater

On the cheaper end of the spectrum is this gas stove for $237.95.  It is a liquid propane gas blue flame convection heater and it creates between 15,000 and 30,000 BTU’s depending on the temperature setting.

This heats up to 1,000 square feet and comes with everything you need to mount it up or to stand it up on some legs if you would prefer.  This unit is 24.5”H x 25.5”W x 8”D.

3.  The Clairidge - Cast Style Stove Natural Gas with Remote Control & Blower

If you want a higher end model, try this one out.  This one stands on 4 legs and has a remote control and blower.  It has a built in manual backup valve that can be used during power outages, a heat circulating fan and a large glow style fibre log set.

This is a great option, about the only downside though would be a bit of a chemical smell when using it the first few times, other than that, it’s great.  It contains the heat well too, the top doesn’t even get hot.

So if you’re looking for gas heating stoves those are a few to check out.  This is definitely not an exhaustive listing of gas heating stoves though so do look around some more.
